Welcome Change Agents!
Intercultural Change Agents are youth from around the world who strive to apply the 6 elements of Transformative Leadership daily and are committed to cultivating 18 capabilities that will help one contribute to the betterment of community. These youth serve community through developing intercultural leadership skills, create art that inspires positive change, and are dedicated to the betterment of community through learning and action.
Intercultural Change Agents are dedicated to contributing to community through personal and social transformation. Youth from all backgrounds practice elements and cultivate capabilities of Transformative Leadership, a model of service-based leadership that fosters personal and collective transformation. Transformative Leadership provides a framework for social action founded on universal human values that serve the well-being of the common good.
Transformative Leadership is a service-based, bottom up model of leadership that cultivates individual and social transformation through 6 elements; service, personal & social transformation, moral responsibility to investigate and apply truth, essential nobility of human beings, transcendence and development of capabilities.
Intercultural Change Agents practice a model of leadership that fosters a culture of cooperation and empowers youth to address today’s challenges through learning and developing skills for service. Transformative Leadership is a framework for social action that nurtures a culture of cooperation, fosters creativity, integrates ethical principles and scientific evidence, which is motivated by the search for truth and is expressed through one’s attraction to beauty and thirst for knowledge.
